The Noakes / Hand Duo Flautist Anna Noakes and Richard Hand have toured the Far East and released a CD on the Quartz label. In February 2009 they premiere a work by major Cuban composer Tulio Peramo. Anna is a flautist of considerable renown ,her partner in this adventurous project is Richard Hand, an international solo guitarist of note, and together they create a delightful palette of Spanish, Central and South American tones.
